The online store ecowolf.fi is operated by Eco Wolf Oy (Business ID: 3447456-2, address: Louhenkatu 6, Iisalmi, Finland). The webshop sells products to companies and adult private individuals within the EU. These terms of delivery apply to product orders made in our online store as well as similar deliveries.

These terms of delivery are valid as of April 25, 2025. We reserve the right to unilaterally modify these terms from time to time, so please review the current terms each time you place an order in our online store.

Products and Prices

The characteristics and prices of products are shown in the product descriptions in our online store. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please verify the final prices in your shopping cart before confirming the order. Product prices include applicable taxes, which are itemized in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

Product prices are based on manufacturing costs, including high-quality materials and professional Finnish craftsmanship. Our aim is to provide high-quality products that are truly responsibly made.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, depend on the product (e.g., weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method. These costs are automatically added to the total sum of your order. You will see the shipping cost (if applicable) in your shopping cart before confirming the order.

We offer free shipping on orders over €150.

Ordering and Agreement

You can place an order via our website by adding items to your shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying through the provided payment service. When ordering from our store, you are expected to read and agree to the terms of delivery in force at the time of the order. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that it is binding, and it constitutes a contract between us according to these terms, except as otherwise stated regarding the right of cancellation.

Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by email—please ensure you provide a valid email address when placing your order. The confirmation will also include the selected payment method. If, for any unforeseen reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Your order will be delivered using one of the available delivery methods listed on our website, as selected during checkout.

Delivery Time

Our typical delivery times within the EU are 1–5 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. More specific timeframes are provided with each product option.

Right of Cancellation and Return Policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the item or the last item in the shipment. For recurring deliveries, the right of cancellation begins upon receiving the first shipment.

The cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example using our cancellation form, by email to the address below, or in writing enclosed with the returned product.

The cancellation right applies only to products that are returned unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed for return shipment.

If the purchase is canceled, the product must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days from the notice of cancellation to the return address below. You must provide proof of return if requested, such as a receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

When returning an order, please include your name, contact details, and bank account number for the refund. We will refund your payment in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act without delay.

Inspection, Errors, and Problem Situations

Inspection, Errors, and Problem Situations Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If a product is missing, damaged during transit, does not match your order, or is otherwise defective, notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the order. We will arrange to correct the issue. In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory defect liability provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Limitation of Liability

Eco Wolf Oy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to an order, delivery, or product, except as required by mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable mandatory laws.

Governing law and disputes

These terms of delivery and any orders placed through the online store are governed by the laws of Finland.
In consumer transactions, the mandatory provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act shall also apply.

We aim to resolve any disagreements regarding your order primarily through mutual agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to find a solution.

If a dispute concerning the sales agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must first contact the Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
